• The main purpose of the job is to lead a Sales team of Electro/Mechanical and Infrastructure Sales Engineers to achieve the target Quota.• He will have to work closely with the Implementation Team and Account/ Client Manager Team in order to scope and price the associated solution in each RFP as well to cover his customer base and create / close new opportunities.• He will lead the Sales team in promoting the portfolio offerings HVAC (UPS, Generator & general electrical works), Data Center, Physical Security, BMS, SCADA, Data Cabling Solution and Racks. His role starts from creating an opportunity to scope, price and win.Language Requirements:English - Very GoodArabic - Fluent / ExcellentRequirementsOwn a Car: AnyHave Driving License: AnyJob SkillsEducation / Certifications and Work Experience:He must possess at least a bachelor's degree in the Field of (Electrical Eng., Mechanical Eng., or Computer Science) or an MBA is a plus.Must be knowledgeable and has the following Specialties:• Sales Skills• Visionary Leadership• Communication and Presentation Skills• Team Building/Management• Skilled Negotiator• Data Center Electro Mechanical Implementation / Design• Performance Improvement• A proven record of accomplishment in this field with at least 12+ years of experience.• At least 3+ years of experience in Team building and Management.
