Job Description
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Collaborate with departments to develop job descriptions and interview guidelines, ensuring effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with talent management, employee development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
