- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Zaggle’s brand objectives
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely, engaging, and relevant posts.
- Leverage analytics to optimize performance and drive growth in reach and engagement.
- Craft high-quality B2B-focused content, including posts, articles, and videos.
- Collaborate with teams to create compelling product updates, thought leadership, and success stories.
- Foster meaningful conversations by engaging with social media audiences via comments, messages, and groups.
- Build relationships with industry influencers to expand brand reach.
- Experience & Expertise:
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of managing B2B SaaS or FinTech brands' social presence.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and its role in content strategy.
- Good writing and storytelling skills tailored for professional platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and Linkedin analytics
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Analytics and ad campaign tools.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and craft strategies accordingly
- Bold, proactive, and creative thinker with a knack for innovation.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- MBA/PG in Marketing or Digital Communications is a plus
