Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap.
• Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to address business challenges and achieve strategic goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform technology decisions.
• Technology Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering and technology team.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
• Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all technology systems and infrastructure.
• Manage the technology budget effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Product Development: Collaborate closely with product management and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality software products.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
• Technology Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain a robust and scalable technology infrastructure (cloud, on-premises, or hybrid).
• Ensure the security and compliance of all technology systems and data.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Innovation & Research: Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team.
• Encourage and support research and development of new technologies and solutions.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies and emerging trends (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, blockchain).

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, etc.).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in [list relevant technologies - e.g., cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, software architecture, cybersecurity].
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for technology and a strong desire to build innovative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
