We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pharma Marketing Manager to manage and lead our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of regional experience with an international pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products and drive sales growth in the region.Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote pharmaceutical products in the region.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, distributors, and opinion leaders.Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy.Analyze the effectiveness of the strategies and rectify the variances, if any.Hire, train, and monitor the performance of the staff.Identify new market segments.Participate in trade shows and conferences.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
