Job Title: PMO Coordinator Location: Hybrid, 1 day per week on site in London Rate: Competitive Duration : 6-month contract Deloitte: Working with the Deloitte Associate (Contractor) Programme means we can offer you the opportunity to work on a variation of industry and client related projects. Key Responsibilities: Governance and reporting: maintain programme governance structures, prepare, and deliver weekly status reports to senior stakeholders Track and report on programme progress, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalating to senior management as required Prepare content / materials for various governance meetings Supporting coordination of programme meetings and tracking of actions and minutes from meetings Manging the onboarding and offboarding process for the project team Skills: Proactive and solution oriented, with the ability to anticipate potential challenges and take initiative to address them, proposing solutions and driving improvements Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill Relevant experience: Experience in developing and implementing PMO processes and procedures, including developing programme plans and managing dependencies between different programmes Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong understanding of risk management and issue resolution IR35: As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCs’). All Associates must contract under PAYE arrangements through a Deloitte approved ‘Employment Company’ (aka ‘umbrella company.’)
