Taylor Hopkinson have been retained on the search for a Quality Manager. This role will be crucial for our client and will implement their QA/QC processes and systems across the UK and wider business. The Role:
- Liaise with Engineering to ensure QA/QC compliance.
- Complete documentation per local standards.
- Coordinate with client's Technical Advisor and State Authorities.
- Review reports for compliance, recommend changes.
- Develop and implement QC programs, train QC Inspectors.
- Monitor subcontractor activities for quality compliance.
- Ensure inspections are complete and documented with superintendents.
- Develop inspection records, issue Non-Conformity Reports.
- Lead development of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Plans.
- Assist in TOP (turn over package) requirements and development.
- Oversee quality installations per code and standards.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve quality issues with customers.
- Manage correspondence documentation and archiving.
- Create monthly performance reviews, ensure procurement compliance.
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Preferably experience in Solar Power Plant construction
- University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
