Responsibilities: Champion quality-centric practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality considerations into design and development activities. Facilitate process improvements and promote best practices to enhance software deliverable robustness. Analyze software development processes and identify areas for optimization. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies. Mentor and guide teams on quality-focused methodologies and principles. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to track progress and identify trends. Drive the adoption of industry best practices and standards related to software development processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine quality objectives. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in software development or a related field. Strong understanding of CMMI and Agile methodologies. Proven ability to influence and drive process improvements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with quality management systems and tools like JIRA, Devops Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
