Inventory Control Manager (Manufacturing Plant)

We are hiring for Manager - Inventory Controller for one of our French MNC client manufacturing electrical products Exp: 5-10 years Location: Bangalore Working days: 6 days ** This position requires someone working currently at plant location ** Purpose: This role ensures efficient inventory management and supports the organization in achieving its logistical and operational goals. Mission:

• Optimize inventory flow to meet customer demands efficiently in terms of volume and lead time while minimizing costs.
• Regularly update stock parameters to support organizational logistics.

• Analyze and define stocking policies and update inventory parameters.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counting, backflush accuracy, and material planning efficiency.
• Generate and publish MIS reports to VP-level management.
• Monitor and improve inventory controller KPIs regularly.

• Skills: Knowledge of inventory management systems, Oracle stock transactions, part numbering systems, and material/sub-assemblies planning.

• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Exposure to KANBAN and JIT systems.
• Strong training and material management abilities.

• Leadership Competencies: Focus on achieving sustainable results and meeting customer requirements.
• Functional Competencies: Manufacturing planning, material management, supply chain planning, and customer case management.
• Cross-Functional Competencies: Proficiency in PC software, cross-cultural communication, and issue resolution.

• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain concepts, including demand variation, inventory optimization, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with international trade, transport logistics, and Electro Mechanical products (Preferred)
