Lead Commissioning Manager

We are looking for Lead Cx Manager who oversights and coordinates work related to pre-commissioning and commissioning of Data Center critical infrastructure construction and special projects. In addition, he would also be required to review all multi-discipline integrated systems testing and commissioning documents to ensure they are compliant with the basis of design, specifications and standards of the project. Minimum of 5 Years of Experience Required in Commissioning of Mission Critical Data Center Role & responsibilities

• Monitor installation, submittals and usage of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines.
• Manage smooth commissioning of the project by Coordinating between the company and the Contractor.
• Guide testing processes and motivate specialists to achieve standard results.
• Assist with identification and redressal of commissioning and malfunction issues.
• Track and review progress through meetings.
• Provides input to project management, engineering, and construction to ensure startup requirements are incorporated into project activities, including review of project designs and construction to ensure plant operability and operating personnel safety
• Coordinates, as directed, with project management, the startup related engineering, construction and client activities as an office assignment or during startup, operations, maintenance or testing at the jobsite
• Feedback lessons learned to construction and engineering
• Support the Project Manager to carry out the representativeness of the Company in front of the Client, in all commercial aspects when required
• Evaluate contractual commissioning statistics and instruction guidelines in accordance with the needs of the project.

• 5+ years of experience directly related to mission critical facilities or data center infrastructure,
• 3+ years of commissioning experience
• Certification or training specific to NETA, ASHRAE, or Commissioning specific education courses
• Detailed understanding of critical LV, MV and HV electrical equipment
• Detailed understanding of relays, protections schemes, high-voltage circuit breakers, power and distribution transformers electrical switchgear, grounding and earthing.
