Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement : Lead and drive improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies. Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives to ensure sustained success. Process Optimization : Analyze and optimize operational processes and workflows using CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, and Gemba. Implement strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Establish Standards & Best Practices : Implement global operations standards across all functions, ensuring adherence to key practices (e.g., 5S, Labour Management, CI, Process Management). Share best practices through effective knowledge management. Project Management : Lead projects focused on improving operational and labor efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the desired outcomes. Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operations Excellence. Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management, offering insights to guide decision-making. Training & Development : Develop and deliver Lean maturity training (e.g., 5S, PDCA) across all organizational levels. Promote a culture of continuous learning to prepare the workforce for future challenges. Mentorship & Coaching : Mentor employees in Lean and CI methodologies to enhance daily operations and drive CI projects. Stakeholder Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on operational improvements and strategic objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field Experience in operations excellence, continuous improvement, or process optimization within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries. Experience in contract logistics is a plus. Certified Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green Belt is a strong advantage Proven ability to manage multiple CI projects simultaneously, delivering measurable improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, VBA). Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to team collaboration.
