Qualifications
Graduate of K-12 or holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Art/Design, or Creative Multimedia
1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or CSR in a sales/marketing role
Photo and editing skills are a strong advantage
Prior customer service experience is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work on-site in San Juan, Manila
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction
Address inquiries from potential clients across all social media platforms, groups, and pages
Respond to phone calls from sub-dealers, partners, and suppliers
Social Media Management
Manage and update social media profiles
Schedule posts and engage with the online community to enhance brand presence
Marketing Support
Assist in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements
Report and track the status of inquiries through to the closure of sales
Event Coordination
Schedule bookings, handle logistic expenses (e.g., food, accommodations, transportation), and process payments for marketing events
General Support
Provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing Department within the defined scope of work
