Foreign Purchasing Specialist

Job Description

• Maintaining and negotiating contracts with the foreign supplier according to the annual budget 
• Arranging the PO to the selected supplier 
• Updating the procurement reports on daily basis for the material arrival dates 
• Evaluating the suppliers list once every quarter , according to the most important parameters (Quality, Price and delivery time )
• Research and identify potential suppliers in international markets based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Conduct due diligence on suppliers, including financial stability, production capacity, and compliance with international standards.
• Conduct negotiations with international suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranty agreements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2-4 years of Proven experience in international procurement or sourcing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Very good for both spoken and written English proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
