About this role You will be part of the TWoA Legal team reporting to and mentored by the Legal Counsel. You will provide general legal management services / advice covering a wide range of practice areas including Commercial, Privacy, Education, IP, Compliance, IT (SaaS, Licensing), Property and Procurement. No two days will be alike. About you
  • Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) along with a current practising certificate
  • Ideally 1-4 years PQE
  • Exposure to a wide variety of legal disciplines
  • Excellent research skills and sound judgement
  • Exceptional relationship building abilities
  • A team player who enjoys working and contributing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Developing commercial acumen together with excellent negotiation skills
  • The ability to deliver expert legal advice confidently
  • The ability to problem-solve, take initiative and deal with a fast-changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A pragmatic, solutions-based approach
