- Sourcing the candidates from the portals like CB, Monster Dice.
- Connecting them over the calls and having a good conversation with them.
- According to the job description, checking the relevant resumes and processing their candidature. Scheduling interviews.
- If get shortlisted collecting their documents and sharing it to Onboarding team.
- Restarting the process of hiring till the time didn't getting the selection on a specific role.
- Following up with the candidates on each stage of hiring process.
- 1+ year of experience in Healthcare Recruitment
- Must be a graduate
- Must have good communication skills
- Should have stability in their profile
