Job Description: Senior Business Analyst (BA) Position : Senior Business Analyst Location : Ras Al Khaimah Job Type : Full-time Experience : 9-10 years++ Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, IT digital strategy, and the use of key BA tools, with strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, experience in past ERP system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce ) is essential. This position requires a candidate with a proven track record of delivering insightful analysis and driving the implementation of business solutions using the latest digital tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis : Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex projects, including ERP implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. ERP Implementation : Provide business analysis support for ERP system implementations such as SAP, Oracle , or Salesforce . Work closely with technical teams to ensure ERP solutions are aligned with business processes and goals.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics. Analyze data to support business decisions and identify areas for process improvement.
4. Automation & Process Optimization : Leverage Power Automate to automate business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort across the organization.
5. Strategic Input : Contribute to the development and execution of IT Digital Strategy , ensuring technology solutions, including ERP systems, support business transformation and growth.
6. Presentation and Communication : Develop compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
7. Excel Mastery : Use Excel for advanced data analysis, including complex functions, pivot tables, and data modeling to support decision-making and reporting processes.
8. Tool Usage : Utilize various Business Analysis (BA) tools to document requirements, manage workflows, and track progress across projects. Ensure effective usage of BA best practices and frameworks to optimize the project lifecycle.
9. Stakeholder Management : Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the business needs and expectations. Manage relationships and communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively.
10. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for business process improvements and lead efforts to implement new tools, technologies, and solutions to enhance business efficiency.
11. Financial Analysis & Budgeting : Support the development of financial models for real estate investments, construction projects, and hospitality ventures. Analyze cost structures, perform cost-benefit analyses, and assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor financial performance and recommend adjustments as needed to stay within financial targets.

1. Experience : 9-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of business operations and IT solutions. At least 2-3 years of experience in ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce ).
2. Power BI : Strong proficiency in Power BI for building reports, dashboards, and analyzing business data.
3. Power Automate : Experience in creating and managing workflows and automating processes using Power Automate .
4. Excel : Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
5. PowerPoint : Ability to create clear, engaging presentations for senior stakeholders.
6. Business Analysis : Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
7. ERP Systems : Practical experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce , including involvement in their implementation, configuration, and integration with business processes.
8. IT Digital Strategy : Knowledge of IT digital strategy and how to align technology solutions, including ERP systems, with business goals.
9. BA Tools : Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for documenting requirements, managing tasks, and tracking progress.
10. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
11. Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

1. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies .
2. Knowledge of project management principles .
3. Familiarity with additional ERP modules or integrations beyond SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAP, Oracle) are a plus.
