Administrative Business Partner, Google Cloud Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience working in executive support. Experience in calendar management over international time zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events. Ability to collaborate and communicate across diverse audiences and functions. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and handle multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment). Develop and deploy organisational skills and an ability to strategically prioritize tasks. Plan, manage and execute events from team events (digital and, eventually, in person), town halls, leadership forums and other celebrations and milestones. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage within the admin community.
