About the Role Crown Equipment is currently seeking an individual to join the technology team based in our Perth location as a Technology Solutions Advisor. If you are looking for a dynamic, engaging and customer centric role focused on industrial technology, this opportunity is for you. In your next role you will be solution orientated, advising customers on the best technology products for their application. The Technology Solutions Advisor will utilise telematics data to assist customers with the most appropriate technology products for their application. In this role, you will be solution orientated, joining our APAC team working with a variety of 3PL, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, grocery, manufacturing, production, and defence customers to provide unique offerings for their applications within Crown’s technology portfolio. You will work with a team including support, project management, and account management to bring these solutions to realisation. Requirements Responsibilities & Duties Include
- Retain & develop existing technology products business through customer site visits.
- Communicate key data points for quarterly business reviews to local Crown Account Manager
- Build relationships with customers, building trust to ensure a solid foundation for presenting data-based findings.
- Attend customer sites and present the technology product range where necessary.
- Work with the existing customer base to transition them to the most suitable technology product offering for their needs.
- Attend product training sessions & maintain a high level of Crown product & industry knowledge.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Intermediate computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Service experience is desired
- Administration experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel up to 1 - 2 weeks per month for customer meetings as required from time to time
- Drivers License
