The Role Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails, and other digital channels to generate leads.
- Build trust with potential clients, handle objections, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Qualify leads by assessing their fit with our ideal client profile, budget, and needs.
- Organise and participate in networking events, conferences, and partner events to expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up qualified meetings and hand over leads for further engagement.
- Assist with digital marketing efforts to drive new lead generation and awareness.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and track progress toward lead generation goals.
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development Rep (SDR) or Business Development Rep (BDR) role, ideally within B2B phone and email-based sales preferred.
- Cold calling and cold emailing experience is a strong bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
- Tenacious follow-up skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in handling objections and overcoming challenges in conversations.
- Previous experience in sales is highly desirable, especially within IT professional services or similar industries.
- Ambition to grow in a high-earning potential IT services sales role. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences (domestic and international travel opportunities available).
