AI Solutions Architect

Have a meaningful impact as an AI Solutions Architect. Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. YOUR ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable AI solutions, including designing data and AI/ML pipelines, while ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and integration within hybrid cloud environments. As a key person, you will contribute to the AI Architecture Forum, the Architecture Decision Repository, and support the governance and execution of the AI strategy. Collaboration will be central to your role, as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI, engineering, and platform experts, to build secure, scalable solutions and deliver self-service APIs. Additionally, you will take an active role in mentoring and coaching others on architectural best practices, helping to elevate the team's overall capabilities. This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne . ABOUT YOU

• Working experience with AI/ML in production, and software solutions with core AI components
• Demonstrated competencies with AI/ML development and deployment activities
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
• Experience with agile development and supporting technologies
• Strong partnering capabilities and growth mindset
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical related degree such as computer science, data science, engineering or similar
• Cloud-based Data and AI Architecture background
