- Procedural hospital seeing approximately 25-32 patients per day through ED. Maternity on site with Obstetric and Anaesthetic cover.
- There are 27 beds and 2 birthing rooms. Of the 27 beds, three are maternity beds and two high observation beds. Emergency department has five beds and one Resus Bay.
- The estimated residential population of Forbes LGA in 2016 was 9,587. People aged 70 years and over accounted for approximately 15.2% of the population. In the 2016 Census 11.1% of the LGA population identified as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.

A Central NSW hospital requires Senior Medical Officer in Obstetrics & Gynaecology for the following date(s).Shift(s) details as below:from 03/02/2025 08:00 to 10/02/2025 08:00 at $2500 per dayfrom 10/02/2025 08:00 to 17/02/2025 08:00 at $2500 per day • Clinical handover at 0800 with outgoing or incoming obstetricians in Maternity ward or by telephone • Daily inpatient maternity ward rounds from 0800 - 0900. • Manage early labour and pregnancy loss including D & C and manual removal of placenta.
