As a full-time Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our valued guests, contributing to the overall success and wellness experience of our hotel. What you'll be doing

• Perform a variety of spa treatments and services, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other holistic treatments
• Greet and welcome guests, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the spa treatment rooms
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues
• Continuously expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the spa and wellness industry
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Open only to Malaysian
• Relevant qualification or certification in a natural therapies or alternative medicine discipline - Thai Massage
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised and memorable experience for guests
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
• A passion for holistic well-being and a desire to help others achieve a state of relaxation and rejuvenation
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
