Purpose: The Biddable Search Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across the client portfolio, including strategy and implementation across Google Ads, SEO, Facebook, etc. Execution & Optimization

  1. Implement and optimise end-to-end Google campaigns across all major platforms (Google Ads, Display, DV360 etc.) and keep up to date with any changes made to these platforms.
  2. Have an in-depth understanding of the various ad formats and targeting options offered by all major platforms and use them to achieve client objectives.
  3. Interpret the data provided by all the digital marketing platforms to optimize and provide actionable insights and recommendations for better campaign performance.
  4. Produce useful and accurate reporting on all digital marketing activity.
  5. Manage and control client spends diligently and in line with company processes across all Google channels.
  6. Ensure that all digital marketing campaigns deliver on internal performance requirements which will be directly linked to client key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  7. Leverage our relationships with Google to assist in the setup and/or optimization of client campaigns/accounts.
  8. Conduct audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform clients' paid media strategies.
Learning
  1. Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and how they relate to paid search advertising and media.
  2. Be well versed in brand safety and viewability as well as able to implement the required controls to help protect the client’s brands.
Clients and Internal Teams
  1. Effectively manage stakeholder relationships by ensuring expectations are appropriately defined and well managed.
  2. Maintain a sustainable positive relationship with clients as well as internal teams.
  3. Attend client meetings/events as required and effectively communicate with clients over email and telephone when needed.
  4. Work with your account team to ensure compliance with any customer-defined service level agreements and performance standards.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. At least 3-5 years of biddable search experience preferred.
  2. Understanding of agency reporting and optimization processes.
  3. Knowledge of the local digital publisher landscape.
  4. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  7. Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. High attention to detail.
  9. Google Ads certified (including fundamentals, search, display, video, shopping, mobile).
  10. Google Analytics certified.
  11. Excellent copywriting and grammar skills.
  12. Knowledge of HTML and User Experience (UX) is desirable.
  13. Knowledge of SEO is desirable.
  14. Experienced in Google Ads Editor is desirable.
  15. Experience on GMP Suite and/or certifications is desirable.
