The Role We’re looking for a creative and energetic Commercial Operations & Event Marketing Executive to join our team! If you're digitally savvy, organized, and have a flair for content marketing, social media, and basic design, this role is for you. You'll be at the forefront of boosting our brand's online presence, supporting event branding, and engaging with our audience. From managing social media and our website to assisting with event sponsorships and handling simple design tweaks, you'll be a key player in shaping our digital world. Key Responsibilities: Event Branding and Sponsorship Assist in developing and executing event branding strategies and materials to maximize brand exposure. Support sponsorship initiatives by managing sponsor relationships, tracking deliverables, and ensuring brand alignment with partner brands. Assist with timely execution of event branding and program plans. Supervise on-site setup and tear-down activities with suppliers to maintain branding and commercial elements. 2. Design & Creative Support Perform basic design adaptations for digital and print materials as needed, ensuring brand consistency. Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to modify existing templates or create simple graphic assets for marketing use. 3. Social Media Management Monitor and manage daily comments and interactions across event social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to foster community engagement. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to adjust content strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create high-quality content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives. 4. Corporate Website & Social Media Maintenance Maintain and update the corporate website with current information, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and brand guidelines. Develop a consistent schedule for social media posts, website updates, and ensure brand voice is consistently applied across all digital touchpoints. 5. Additional Support Handle ad hoc duties as required to support the event’s commercial and branding objectives. Requirements: Technical Skills Good understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and analytics tools. Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms. Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress. Basic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations. 2. Personal Attributes Dedicated, self-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving successful event outcomes. High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. 3. Communication Skills Strong communication abilities to effectively coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and team members. 4. Independence Ability to work independently, managing tasks and challenges without constant supervision. 5. Flexibility Willingness to work outside regular office hours when required to meet event deadlines and handle on-site responsibilities.
