Industry: Hospitality/ Tourism & Leisure Location: Paya Lebar (Near MRT Station) Working hour: Mon - Fri, 09:00 – 18:00 Job Description: Handle hotel reservations, respond to inquiries about rates, and check availability. Manage restaurant reservations for clients. Coordinate and schedule transportation, including buses and other modes of transport. Arrange tour guides and facilitate interpretation. Coordinate ticket arrangements for attractions like Night Safari and USS. Organize and maintain documents and data. Handle ad-hoc tasks as required (e.g., provide on-site assistance for customers in case of emergencies, sudden illnesses, or injuries). Job Requirements: Experience in office work, including data entry will be highly preferred. Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently. Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and external companies. Ability to respond to issues in case of emergency, considering the industry's 24/7 operation.
