Roles & Responsibilities We're looking for a head chef with the most relevant experience. Prepare food for all customers according to procedures and our service standard. Create new dishes and menus for special VIP customers. Lead the kitchen team in product innovation, product planning, and menu design. Manage food purchasing and storage. Handle the food production processes from beginning to end. Ensure the end product and the cooking process conform to procedures and standards. Purchase fresh seafood daily for weekly special dishes. Prepare the appropriate amount of food according to the daily food chart. Assist in training new staff. Perform any other job-related duties requested by senior staff. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of experience working in the kitchen. Must have a good working attitude. Ability to innovate and create new menus. Ability to work effectively as a team. Willingness to go the extra mile for the business. Develop unique and cuisine-appropriate menus. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to set item prices. Stay current on developing trends in the restaurant industry. Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet company standards and health code regulations. Monitor inventory and purchase supplies and food from approved vendors. Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff. Assist and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating, and delivery.
