IT Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (BA/S-BA) to enhance our in-house products to stay ahead of the competition and ensure that they remain integrated best-of-suite solutions for our clients. As a BA/S-BA , you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, test, and launch new features and products to market. Feeling the pulse of the customer, business, and market trends is core. Taking all this feedback iteratively, as a BA/S-BA , you will analyze the customer’s pain points, gaps in product features, innovate on functionality and features, release a beta to early adopters, and finally launch the enhancements, features, or products to market. On a day-to-day basis, the BA/S-BA will work with diverse team members across the full spectrum of software developer services including business analysis, UI/UX, graphics design, back-office engineering, web app, and mobile app engineering. The BA/S-BA is constantly challenged to balance business viability, technical feasibility, customer desire, and time to market to ensure that ideas become features in their product lines. JOB DUTIES Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations support teams to better understand our clients’ needs and synthesize your findings into the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and customer feedback. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation. Maintain constant communication with customers to understand their pain points, needs, and desires, and scope innovative and viable solutions. Define clear, cohesive functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage time-integrated plans for feature development. Work closely with UX/UI designers to detail out wireframes and final UX for new features or products. Ensure the objectives, requirements, and specifications are clearly understood by various team members across the Designers, Frontend & Backend Engineering, and QA teams. Execute beta and pilot programs with early adopters, track their feedback, and enhance the product feature set in preparation for market release. Develop key performance metrics for products. Track, monitor, and analyze these metrics during beta, early adopter stages, and as a live product. Conduct reviews, manage approvals, and sign-off processes for product feature sets. Keep abreast of current product management methodologies, competitor offerings, and digital trends to help strengthen the team’s deliverables. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. Over 2 years of related work experience in product management, business analysis, system analysis, process reengineering, and consulting. A proven track record of gap analysis, innovative problem-solving, designing software products that provide clients with solutions, and bringing these products live. Outstanding knowledge in product management, product lifecycle, and best practices. Strong conceptual abilities, clear communication of direction, and solid knowledge of product management or business analysis methodology. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a quick learning ability in new business domains and industries. Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in presenting visions or ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise requirements and specifications. Comfortable working with a multi-disciplinary team involving process engineering, backend & frontend engineering, UI/UX, graphics design, quality assurance, and IT operations. Willing to roll up one’s sleeves and contribute to the team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to meet and work with offshore team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
