To provide overall support to clients that utilize the bank's digital channels, with a focus on performing FX transactions. Are you someone who can:

  • Offer our Markets clients the very best customer experience across multiple platforms and asset classes
  • Build sound relationships based on trust and openness
  • Engineer and leverage processes and technologies to meet customer and business needs
  • Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a certificate or diploma in business, finance, information systems, or related fields
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, with 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level
