Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Work hand in hand with the Toyota SA (Future Toyota Department)
  2. Initiate and build relationships with Toyota SA business
  3. Engage with Toyota SA business to understand implementation and training requirements
  4. Manage and optimize training solutions for e-Toyota ONE
  5. Monitor Toyota dealership e-Toyota ONE usage
  6. Monitor Toyota dealership progress
  7. Will be required to assist with on-site dealer training, support and follow-up
  8. Job will require traveling nationally and BLNS which may be extended periods of time
The duties and responsibilities for this position include the following:
  1. Train and equip Toyota dealerships on how to use and implement e-Toyota ONE system and processes
  2. Train individuals and groups on how to use e-Toyota ONE and all related products/modules
  3. Implement and maintain Toyota SA processes
  4. Perform Root cause analysis and identify and recreate issues experienced at Toyota Dealerships related to dealer operational processes
  5. Perform needs analysis with Toyota dealerships and communicate any needs and shortcomings with the Toyota SA business team
  6. Monitor Toyota Dealership performance on e-Toyota ONE by studying the related reports and resolve issues that might be caused by incorrect process
  7. Weekly reports on e-Toyota ONE dealer Implementation progress
  8. Monthly reports on e-Toyota ONE dealerships, monitoring their progress and identifying shortcomings
  9. Assist Toyota SA business to identify and prepare upcoming targeted project implementation

Working Hours: Working hours are from 08h00 to 17h00 with an hour lunch break between 12h00 & 14h00. The company benefits include:

This role requires own reliable transport, as most travel will be by road. Wear & Tear, Fuel and Toll will be reimbursed. Required Experience:
  1. Preferred highest education Grade 12 (Matric)
  2. Academic & Experience Requirements
  3. Matric (Grade 12)
  4. Completed a Degree or Diploma will be an advantage
  5. I.T knowledge and experience will be an advantage
  6. Advanced MS Excel working knowledge and experience
  7. The following qualifications & work experience is beneficial but not a requirement:
  8. Experience in working in the Automotive Industry
