The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Linux configurations, DNS management, and a proven track record in deploying and maintaining microservices. Interior Architect (m/f/d) – 100% Remote Your daily tasks:
- Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts for office spaces that align with requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to understand space constraints, building codes, and structural considerations.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and design presentations to communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders.
- Specify and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the office space.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with the overall building design and construction process.
- Provide guidance and support during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in office space design to continuously improve design solutions and deliverables.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback throughout the design process, and adjust designs accordingly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience working as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer, with a focus on office space design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles related to interior design and construction.
- Excellent conceptualization, spatial planning, and problem-solving skills.
