ABOUT SEMBCORP INDUSTRIES Manages the overall preparation of mechanical engineering designs, drawings, specifications, schedules, quantity and cost estimates for assigned projects. For more information, please visit Roles & Responsibilities: Perform land surveying/ measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment. Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and computer applications. Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements. Verify the accuracy of survey data and drawings. Provide survey reports and liaise with local authorities. Maintain and store accurate notes, records, and drawing files. Control and plan daily fieldwork and operations. Able to tender and understand commercial projects. Carry out project management, planning, financial management of projects, contract administration, and ensure key deadlines are met while teamwork is effective. Able to perform analysis and guide land surveyors to analyze and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders. Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works. Ensure the smooth completion of the project within schedule and budget. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum degree in Civil Engineering/ Geo-Spatial Information Technology/ Land Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 10 years in the construction industry. Familiar with survey scanner, drone imaging survey, and data processing. Good communication and writing skills; self-motivated and able to lead a team of land surveyors. Able to coordinate well with clients, authorities, consultants, and sub-contractors.
