Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experience process manager for gas processing FEED/EPC Oil & Gas projects representing EPC/FEED Contractor/PMC, preferably in ADNOC Projects.
  • Experience in Licensor engagement.
Experience OR Qualifications
  • Minimum Overall 25+ years of oil & gas experience.
  • Must have at least 8 to 10 years experience working in Gas Processing & Gas Compression projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
  • FEED experience is a must.
  • PMC experience is an added advantage.
  • GCC experience required.
A Process Manager oversees and optimizes business processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. Below are the key skills required for the role: Technical Skills
  • Process Improvement: Expertise in methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Proficiency in tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Process Mapping.
  • Workflow Automation: Experience with tools like BPM (Business Process Management) software (e.g., Appian, Pega, Nintex). Designing automated workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Data Analysis: Use of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Project Management: Coordinating cross-functional teams to implement process changes. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring processes meet quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Conducting audits and process validations.
  • Change Management: Implementing process changes effectively while minimizing resistance. Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model).

Desired Candidate Profile

Soft Skills
  1. Problem-Solving: Identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.
  2. Analytical Thinking: Breaking down complex processes into manageable components.
  3. Communication: Explaining technical process improvements to non-technical stakeholders. Preparing reports, documentation, and training materials.
  4. Leadership: Guiding teams through process changes. Building consensus across departments.
  5. Adaptability: Adjusting strategies to align with changing business needs or external factors.
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)
  1. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  2. PMP (Project Management Professional).
  3. Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP).
  4. ITIL Foundation Certification (for IT-focused processes).
  5. Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
Tools and Technologies
  1. Process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Lucidchart).
  2. ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP).
  3. Process simulation tools (e.g., Simul8, AnyLogic).
  4. Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Visio).
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and documenting current processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design optimized workflows.
  • Monitoring and measuring process performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
