The Client Servicing Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. Particularly we are looking for a candidate having a minimum of 5 years' of Client Servicing experience in Exhibitions & Events Industry or similar roles. One will be responsible for handling billion-dollar tech, pharma & fintech clientele.Client Servicing Manager's responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. One will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our offerings according to client needs. To Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients. Will report to Sr. Director Global Business. Responsibilities: · Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients· Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, virtual and in person meetings· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions/ services according to customer needs and objectives· Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders· Forecast and track key account metrics· Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis· Responsible for working along with the senior sales team member to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships· Bringing a value add in construction & development of processes and documents required for smooth customer journey for an entire project· Liaise between the customer and internal teamsResponsible to share all the communications to clients- starting from design and event proposal to commercial proposals.Responsible to take Exhibit design & Events brief from client and communicating the same to internal teams for further execution.Maintain detailed trackers having real time status at every given stage of all the on going projects Requirements: · Proven account management/ client servicing experience is must for this role.Hands on knowledge of important programmes like Microsoft 365 mainly- Excel, Word, Power Point. · Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailSmart enough to handle clients in diplomatic ways.· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills· Excellent verbal and written communications skills· Minimum 2-3 years of exhibition industry experience will be preferred.· Patient and active listener, and keen to learn and adapt as per the eco system.· Deep digital understanding· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment· Self-driven and proactive nature.· Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity· Ability to prioritize among competing tasks· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills· Excellent time and project management skills.
