Job Role: Analyst - Private CreditReporting To: Head of Private CreditDepartment: Family OfficeJob Location: MumbaiJob Description:The candidate will be an integral part of the structured credit/private credit team, working closely with the Head of Private Credit. Responsibilities include overseeing the overall portfolio, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting day-to-day portfolio management and monitoring activities.Job Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in structured/private credit, fixed income category, real estate, REITs, and INVITs.Analyze financial statements, business models, and work on financial models.Understand structured debt/corporate lending deals and risk assessment.Track financial performance against market performance and update management.Maintain MIS and efficiently track portfolio performance.Desired Candidate Profile:Master's degree in finance from a Tier 1 institute and/or CFA/CA.3 to 8 years of relevant experience in credit evaluation/underwriting of opportunities in performing credit or special situation financing.Strong analytical skills, good risk assessment approach, attention to detail, and persistence in research or diligence processes.Excellent fundamental corporate credit analysis skills, balance sheet analysis, and financial modelling.Basic knowledge of IBC, RBI/SEBI regulations.Skills in analytical analysis, financial modelling, underwriting, company research, and investment memo preparation.
