About the role:As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will have to work closely with all hospitals across defined geographies to generate sales for Oncology & Vaccine product portfolio that you will be managing. You will manage stakeholder relationships whether its HCP or Pharmacist or CXOs of the hospitals. You will be responsible for payment collection, driving sales and scaling up team as the business expands.Scope and responsibilities:Driving sales across Hospitals / Clinics / Nursing Homes etcBringing newer products in the portfolio by working with OEMs Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new onesFinding and developing new markets and improving sales.Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and industry eventsTraining personnel and helping team members develop their skillsDesired Skills and Functional Experience:Education qualification - B Pharm / Masters 5+ years of experience in Oncology / Vaccines Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.Keep high standard on personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.Proven track record in achieving new business targets and objectives.Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Versatile, self-motivated and results driven.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.Team player to work collaboratively in a cross functional structure.
