Job descriptionRoles & Responsibilities:TechnicalDevelop relationships with R&D /Technology, Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain and Senior Management. personnel of existing & prospective customers.To help customers in developing recipe & also help them solve problems for New / existing products.Introducing new products and solutions thru constant research and advising customers on modern developments and future insights.Extremely competent in identifying New Trends and futuristic development of products / ingredients and principals alike.Experience of sales and marketing of products like Modified Starches, Hydrocolloids or offering customised solutions to customers will have an advantage. FunctionalExperience in client mapping, market mapping, international business development and market research is essential.To build and manage the sales of Food / Dairy / Bakery / Beverages Ingredients. Exploring new opportunities and support customer in the technical area to Develop /execute sales.To strategise and plan financial and marketing objectives.Keep a track of payments and ensure timely receivables.Manage & track inventories of products to ensure timely supply to customers.Monitor changing need of customer and competitor activity and bring this information to management.To report to reporting officer about day-to-day activity.Provide inputs for deciding price Accurate sales planning and efficient implementation.Must have SKILLSPleasing personality with a proven track record and with excellent English communication skills both written and oral.Organised, Punctual and diligent in managing tasks and responsibilities in timely and accurate mannerProven leadership skills managing a team of 5 to 10 peopleShould have at least 5-8 years experience in marketing of Food Ingredients in the Food & Beverage / Bakery / Dairy / Confectionery industry.Education:A post graduate degree in M. Tech Food Tech or B. Tech in Food Tech with an MBA. AGG
