Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our brand strategy to ensure consistent, impactful, and engaging communication across all platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning:Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals.Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all touchpoints, online and offlineMarket & Consumer Insights:Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities for the brand and its products.Understand category requirements and collaborate closely with the product/category team to drive market share and product growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align brand initiatives.Guide creative teams to craft engaging content for internal and external communications.Content Creation & Management:Plan, execute, and curate content including static and video, end-to-end for digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials.Collaborate with creative professionals and influencers to organize shoots and other brand related narratives. Campaigns & Promotions:Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.Plan and manage events, launches, and strategic marketing efforts.Performance Monitoring & Budgeting:Track brand performance through key metrics and adapt strategies as needed.Manage the brand budget to optimize marketing spend efficiently.
