Project Coordinator - Building and Factories Division (while sharing CV's pl mention Job code: PROJCOORD)Location: Anywhere in IndiaGraduate Civil Engineer (BE / B Tech) with a minimum of 20 years' experience in the construction industry, with significant experience as a Project Manager on large-scale projects in Building & Factories Sector. In the current role the incumbent, should be managing multiple projects in Building sector, e.g. residential, commercial, mall, high-rise, hospital, and institutional building sectors. Mandatory experience working on the contractor's side of the construction business.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Operations Overview:Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and completion within timelines and budgeted parameters.Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures.2. Client Management:Resolve client concerns effectively and maintain strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.3. Profitability and Budget Control:Ensure projects are delivered within budgeted costs, optimizing resources without compromising quality.Plan and allocate resources based on project needs, ensuring cost-effective operations.4. Safety and Quality Assurance:Maintain stringent safety standards at all project sites.Enforce quality control measures to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.5. Contract Management:Have a thorough understanding of contractual agreements and ensure their application.Address deviations effectively through appropriate contractual provisions.6. Collection:Ensure timely collection of dues from clients, minimizing delays in cash flow.7.
