Job Responsibilities:
- Assist superior in a project management role.
- Responsible for project planning in property development from planning stage to handover of vacant possession.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and follow up on submissions with government agencies and project consultants.
- Monitor and control project timeline and budget.
- Attend authority inspections, client-consultant meetings, construction meetings, and marketing meetings.
- Involved in concept design, plan checking, feasibility study, marketing input, tender preparation and award, project implementation until CCC & VP.
- Coordinate with all consultants and construction team during planning and implementation stages.
- Keep track of project documentation, submissions, and drawing changes.
- Technically sound and able to understand authority’s requirements and compliance.
- Technically sound in drawing detailing and coordinate with consultants on any discrepancies.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities for submission and ensure submission/approval is obtained within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare status of clearance letters by respective authorities, arrange site inspections, and follow up on issuance of clearance letters and CCC by local authorities.
- Perform any duties as required by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning, Architecture, or any other related field.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in the related field.
- Familiar and knowledgeable in statutory requirements/guidelines/policies, authorities’ submission process, land matters process, national land code, etc.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and possess multitasking skills.
- Ability to provide timely reports and status updates.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.).
