About the role We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to join Cowra branch in this exciting, fast-paced, full-time, permanent role. As Branch Manager, you will oversee a close-knit team of 8 specialists servicing the needs across Retail, Agronomy, Livestock & Wool, Real Estate, and Finance within the local area. You will lead the team to drive growth, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding results. Your leadership skills will be key in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment. Responsibilities
- Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and support sales staff
- Planning and driving marketing of branch services and products and playing an active role in campaigns, field days, client nights, and community events
- Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture
- Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Understanding financial reporting to aid decision making and managing growth and cost focus
- Experience leading dynamic sales teams and an understanding of agricultural services
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret and prepare P&L reports
- Passion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite and strong communication skills, verbally and written
- Qualifications in Business Management/Agriculture (preferred)
