About the Role : The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking passionate and skilled Plastic Surgery Consultants to join our Plastic Surgery Unit. As a Plastic Surgery Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing plastic and reconstructive surgeries. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing patients
• Performing surgical procedures
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans
• Providing pre and post-operative care
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Contributing to teaching and training programs
• Engaging in research activities

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
