Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.Partner with the best
As an AP & AR Assurance Analyst, you will support the specific language requirements and work closely with a group of professionals supporting the Global AP & AR Assurance team within the Global Finance Organization. As an AP & AR Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for:- Ensuring that revenue accruals and actuals are prepared in line with Baker Hughes policy, standard processes, and accounting rules and conventions.
- Performing revenue validations to ensure all revenue is recognized as per Revenue Recognition Policy.
- Including journal preparation & reviews of month-end adjustments, accruals, and other adjustments as required.
- Ensuring the related costs of revenue and other associated accounting entries are correctly posted with complete supporting documents.
- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in your field.

To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/etc.).
- Have 3-4 years of experience working in Accounting and Finance.
- Have experience in revenue recognition and assurance, which is an added advantage.
- Have knowledge in ERP and MS Office skills, which will be an added advantage.
- Be able to stay longer hours during the close to cover the American time zone (Night shift during month close-compensated by night shift allowance).
- Possess good analytical skills with a proactive mindset, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
