- Develop precise and realistic 3D models of architectural designs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure visualisations accurately reflect design concepts
- Generate high-quality 3D renderings and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and client reviews
- Review client feedback, make necessary adjustments to visualisations, and ensure outputs meet client expectations
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, share insights, and plan upcoming tasks
- Review visual outputs to ensure they meet the high standards of Thrive Architects and are ready for client presentations
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in 3D visualisation working in an architectural practice
- Ideally experience working on residential projects
- Good attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Enscape
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and spatial awareness
- Salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 (D.O.E.)
