The Role As a Senior Consultant, you will do the full spectrum of recruitment work in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. You will have the chance to work across exclusive permanent, value-add contingent, and contracting work, all while being supported by our in-house marketing and corporate teams. All our work is 360-degree recruitment where you work with clients and candidates to ensure you are connecting with purpose. Your days will be varied, meeting top candidates, taking detailed job briefs, and meeting with clients to explore gaps and upcoming needs. You’ll network, dive deeper into the sector, and build your brand as a trusted advisor and partner. We are expanding our Administration and Office Support desk and have an opportunity for an experienced consultant to help grow our market presence in this space. We’re also keen to connect with consultants from other industries ready to take the next step in their career and experience recruitment at its best.
