Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy) Full time Dewatering Product Specialist - West Weir Minerals Perth Airport WA Onsite/Hybrid Purpose of Role: As the Dewatering Product Specialist for our WA client base, you will play a key role in nurturing relationships with key customers, including EPCMs and End Users, bringing alignment and growth to all parts of the dewatering business. You will develop and deliver strategic and sustainable innovative dewatering and fluid transfer pumping solutions to best support our customer needs whilst delivering upon individual and dewatering business KPI’s. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for the dewatering business, engaging with internal teams and customers in WA.
- Develop strategic customer relationships beyond transactions, fostering agreements and alliances.
- Conduct regular calls, face-to-face site visits and presentations to key customer stakeholders.
- Provide detailed reports and data input into CRM software.
- Gather competitor information and assist in developing counter strategies.
- Prepare and submit tender bids and negotiate the respective projects and opportunities.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
- Collaborate across internal departments to develop competitive dewatering solutions.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral and strategic plans.
- Achieve KPIs and increase customer satisfaction.

- Knowledgeable in pumping principles and pipelines preferred.
- Experience in sales environments and customer interactions.
- Proficient in preparing tender proposals and delivering presentations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SalesForce, CAD, and other relevant software.
