This business is truly of the worlds leading Consumer Product Giants with one of most enviable brand portfolios in the world are adding a National Account Executive to their impressive team. This is a new addition and is being formulated as a result of fantastic success but a continued desire for perfection. The Role We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Executive from FMCG to support and co lead an exciting project our client is working on with a major retail partner. They're pivoting to a digital first mindset with this brand so lots of social media/ influencer plans are in place to help grow where you will be heavily involved in landing with cross functional teams. Some super exciting NPD coming for this brand launch too! This role offers upward potential and attitude is the priority for this hire:

• Full P&L Management: Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring targets are met by analysing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing strategies. Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
• Drive Digital-First Initiatives: Lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement. Work with cross-functional teams to plan and implement social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives to significantly boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) Launches: Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to successfully launch exciting new products within the brands ranges. Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and retail partner objectives.
• Project Co-Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Play a key role in supporting and co-leading a high-impact project focused on accelerating growth for the brand. Engage with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

Skills And Experience Required:

• Experience: 1+ years in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG, beauty, or health categories. Experience managing P&L and working with major retail partners is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Personality: Proactive, results-driven, with a passion for driving growth and a positive, can-do attitude.
