Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of BSc / BEng in Civil Engineering (non-negotiable)
- 10 years of design experience of Structures on Commercial and Industrial projects
- PR Eng. (non-negotiable)
- Design, mentor, and oversee designs
- Attend site visits regularly to ensure project execution is in accordance with set requirements
- Provide guidance and advice to junior engineers
- Ensure all major construction phases are completed correctly and in accordance with the drawings and designs
- Oversee all phases of the project
- Produce revisions for required changes, if any
- Conduct close-out inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of the building comply with regulatory requirements
