Salary: $7,000 - $10,000 + 14-15 Days AL + Bonus Working Hours: 5 Working Days, 9am-6pm Location: Changi South (Between Tanah Merah / Simei / Expo MRT) Responsibilities Support Head of Engineering in training and developing the engineers on technical matters, including handling and operating all broadcast equipment. Assist with engineering technical tasks to ensure smooth running of daily engineering operations. Establish an SOP for Site Survey and prepare Production and Technical Integration Layout Plan. Review and make relevant updates as required for process improvement. Implement design and make permanent layout for racks along with serial numbers and standard placing of panels. Support Head of Engineering to improve and test system designs. Support the process of racks and kit standardization. Collaborate with Head of Engineering to establish a process for equipment testing and preparation. Review and make relevant updates on a yearly basis for process improvement. Ensure a process is in place for communication/escalation of technical problems on all projects. Research technical development standards for present and new technologies. Provide technical support of the company's service to clients. Design the project template to cover the tasks needed for each project. Keep the project task updated for each project on hand. Requirements Degree qualified in Electrical / Communication / Broadcast Engineering or similar related field. 10+ years of relevant work experience. An expert in equipment and products used in broadcasting; for example, audio and vision mixers, radio communication products, cameras, and camera lenses.
