Working locations: Multiple Locations Working hours: 44 hours per week, 5 days work week inclusive PH/weekends and 2 days off together. Shifts: AM shift: 7am to 4pm PM shift: 1pm to 10pm Late shift: 10pm to 7am Meals and uniforms provided. Responsibilities: Provide professional and courteous service to guests, effectively addressing any complaints, requests, or inquiries. Coordinate with Concierge, Reception, and the Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures. Proactively engage with guests through courtesy calls and offer assistance as needed. Ensure efficient and respectful handling of baggage, transport arrangements, and general inquiries. Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requirements: Flexibility to work rotating shifts. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, with familiarity with the Opera system an advantage. We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
