Recommend suitable optical aids based on examination findings and customer preferences. Expertly troubleshoot and adjust the fit of glasses and lenses. Maintain detailed records of customer eye health and purchase history. Stay updated on advancements in optical technology and industry trends. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Uphold ethical and professional standards in eye care practices. Collaborate with team members and provide support to colleagues when needed. Pursue continuous learning and skill development for professional growth.
